Using Jelly Fork

Jelly Fork lets you build a deck of nearby places, invite people with a link, and find a place everyone likes. You can use it without an account. You agree to use it lawfully and not to abuse, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to harass anyone.

Places and information

Place information comes from Apple Maps and, for Jelly Fork Pro when enabled, from Google. We do not own or verify it. Opening hours, prices and whether a place is open may be wrong or out of date, so check before you go. Jelly Fork is not affiliated with the restaurants shown.

Sessions and content

Session links work for about 24 hours. Anyone with a link can join until the session is full. Only share links with people you want to invite. You are responsible for the display name you choose.

Jelly Fork Pro

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, after a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices may vary by country and are shown in the App Store before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Pro features that rely on third-party data may fall back to the free experience if those services are unavailable, or when a fair-use limit is reached.

Accounts and deletion

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Disclaimers

Jelly Fork is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for your experience at any place you choose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will tell you in the app.
